I had studied Nutrition and Exercise for many years before carrying out a degree in Nutrition & Exercise / Health. As an active triathlete I took this further and completed a course in Sports Nutrition, before obtaining a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Therapy.
I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals as well as being on the register of Nutritionists with the Nutrition Society.
I have a clinic by appointment from the Complete Chiropractic Clinic in Litchdon Street, Barnstaple.
